Delete your Guess It account

Guess It offers optional player accounts for saving account access and using private multiplayer rooms. You can request deletion of your account and associated server data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to yennetgame@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Guess It account deletion request.
- Include the email address and display name used for your Guess It account so we can verify and find it.
Data deleted
After we verify the request, we delete your Guess It account record, display name, email address, Google account identifier or password hash, optional profile image, active sessions, and leaderboard entry.
Data kept or retained
Local game progress, preferences, and room history stored on your device are not accessible to us. Clear the app data or uninstall Guess It to remove that local information. Temporary private multiplayer room data expires automatically within 6 hours. We may retain deletion-request correspondence only as needed to process the request or meet a legal obligation.
Processing time
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will contact you at the request email address if we need additional information to verify ownership.
